The Words

Words betray you at

the slightest movement of the lips,

better to keep them in one’s

heart and head,

though even there they can cook up

the most varied plots

a man could possibly concoct.

I  know I should keep my mouth shut

so they won’t come out like daggers

wounding unto death the person that I love.

How to make order letter by letter so that from every

word the light penned in will blossom forth.
